Matt Sobieski is a Senior Consultant at ICG. He is a former Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company’s implementation practice, helping organizations identify and capture $300M+ of run rate savings over 5 years through operations transformations across all industries. Prior to joining McKinsey, Matt worked as an engineer on the shop floor and flight line at Lockheed Martin, served in the COO’s chief of staff organization at Equifax, led an international acquisition integration, and stood up a quality and performance organization, among many other roles.

Matt is eager to bring his blend of consulting and industry experience to help organizations do the work that really matters. Matt is currently on Secondment as COO at one of our client organizations.
