He is a former Senior Operations Expert with McKinsey & Company, and first led award winning total business transformations as an executive leader in multiple industries before helping others to do the same. Over the past three decades he has designed and implemented organizational improvement systems in many industries and cultures globally.

He and the team members at ICG build ways of working that align organizations at each layer with systems that generate impact and momentum to improve that continues through multiple generations of leaders.
