Ellen Scully is a Senior Consultant at ICG. She is a former Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company’s Operations practice, where she helped organizations drive profitable growth across Healthcare, Industrials, MedTech, Manufacturing, and Travel. Prior to joining McKinsey, Ellen was a Manager in Accenture’s Supply Chain & Operations practice where she worked with frontline staff to drive efficiency improvements.

Ellen is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
